No, you do not need to defrost frozen dumplings before cooking. You can take them straight from freezer to pan.
How long can I store the dumplings?
Frozen dumplings can be stored in freezer for 1 - 2 months.

No, dumplings are sold frozen and uncooked, both in store and delivery.
